Who handles your information

Company operates Bryng and is responsible for platform account and operational data processing. Contact help@bryng.xyz for privacy questions or requests. Businesses are separately responsible for their use of customer information for sales and fulfillment. Where Bryng handles that information solely on a business’s instructions, it provides processing services for that business. Flitt handles payment data under its own applicable terms and privacy notice. Contact the relevant business or provider about its own processing.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, payment results from the provider and technical information generated when you use Bryng. This includes your email and account information, authentication and session records, and any optional profile details you provide, such as name, username, biography, birth date, phone and images. We also store business details, products, public posts, comments, reactions and business joins.

Checkout records include the customer email, business, cart and product snapshots, amount, currency, payment reference, status and provider response information needed to reconcile the payment. We also retain the policy version and time of signed-in agreement acceptance. We collect a shipping address when the seller requires it. An attempted checkout can create an email-only customer record before a first sign-in.

We process IP addresses, request and security information, and audit records of persisted changes. Sensitive security values are redacted in audit records. Card entry is handled by Flitt; Bryng does not store raw card numbers or card security codes.

Why we use it

We use information to provide accounts and business pages, process checkout, link payment history, support delivery and customer service, maintain records and investigate fraud or misuse. We process information as needed to provide requested services and perform agreements, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate operational and security interests where permitted by law. Where consent is required for an optional purpose, we will request it separately.

Email is required for account entry and checkout. A required shipping address is needed to continue that checkout. Other profile fields are optional. Providing an email or phone does not by itself establish that it has been verified.

Who can see it

Public profile and business content is visible to visitors, including the public profile details and joined-business information the service displays. Do not place private information in public content.

Authorized owners and admins of a business can see customer information associated with their business, including checkout email, cart items, payment status, supplied delivery information and relevant known customer details. Joining also creates a relationship with that business. Other businesses do not receive general access to your private account or unrelated purchases. Sellers must use customer data lawfully for their relationship with the customer; a purchase or join does not itself authorize unrelated marketing.

We use infrastructure providers for hosting and storage, including Netlify, Railway and Cloudflare R2 in our deployment architecture. Flitt processes payments and receives the information necessary for that service. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or defend legal rights. Service providers may process data in other countries; applicable transfer requirements must be met.

Payment-provider privacy

Flitt’s payment service is provided by Tpay LLC. Card and wallet entry takes place in the provider’s payment interface. Flitt and the financial institutions involved may process information for payment execution, fraud controls, disputes and legal obligations. Their processing and retention can differ from Bryng’s; our account deletion does not automatically delete their records.

Cookies and browser storage

Bryng uses essential session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for preferences, business selection, carts and checkout recovery. Blocking storage may limit these features. Payment-provider pages may use their own cookies and storage under their policies. Bryng uses Google Analytics to measure visitor counts, page views and navigation across its customer pages. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information about your browser, device and visits. Reported page and referrer URLs omit query strings and fragments. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Google Ads also uses cookies to measure completed registrations and advertising performance. Registration events include a random conversion identifier, without your name, email, phone number or account ID. Accepting the Terms does not give blanket consent to optional tracking or marketing.

Retention and security

We keep information for the service and for necessary transaction, security, dispute and legal purposes. The appropriate period depends on the record and applicable obligations. Account deletion revokes access and does not automatically erase all transaction or audit records. Backups may retain information until their normal replacement.

We use access controls, protected transport and safeguards for stored credentials. No system can guarantee complete security. Never share card security codes, account access codes or merchant secrets with someone claiming to provide support.

Your rights and contacting us

Depending on applicable law, you may request information or a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent for processing based on consent. These rights can have legal exceptions. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority or seek a remedy in court.

Email help@bryng.xyz with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before sharing or changing information, and will respond within applicable legal time limits. Use the account settings available to you for routine profile changes.

Bryng is for adults aged 18 or over. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date below identifies this version.
