Terms of Service

Your account, purchases and responsibilities on Bryng.

Updated 28 October 2026

Your agreement with Bryng

These Terms form an agreement between you and Company, the operator of Bryng (“we”, “us”). When you select “Accept and continue”, or explicitly agree at checkout, you accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines, which form part of this agreement. You acknowledge the Privacy Policy, which explains our data practices; this acknowledgment is not consent to optional marketing or unrelated uses of your data.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you accept for a business, you confirm your authority to bind it. Contact us at help@bryng.xyz.

Provide accurate information, use an email account you control and protect access to your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

Businesses are the sellers

Each business sells its own products. Your purchase contract is with the business identified at checkout. That seller is responsible for its descriptions, pricing, taxes, lawful sale, delivery, access, customer service and refunds. Bryng provides technology that enables independent businesses to display and sell products, manage customers and connect third-party payment services. Each business is the seller. Payments are processed through that business’s payment provider; Bryng does not receive, hold or settle customer funds. A Market listing or product approval is not identity verification or a guarantee of quality.

Sellers must disclose their identity, contact details, total price, delivery conditions and applicable cancellation or refund terms before a purchase. They must hold the necessary rights and permissions and comply with consumer and other applicable laws.

Connecting a merchant account

A business must have its own valid Flitt merchant agreement and approval for the website and activities through which it accepts payments. Connect only an account you are authorized to manage, keep its credentials secure, and comply with the provider’s rules and applicable law. The Test or Production setting in Bryng must match the merchant’s actual mode; the label does not change Flitt’s mode.

By connecting the account, you authorize Bryng to use its credentials to submit checkout requests, receive payment results and retrieve transaction information for your business. This does not transfer ownership of the merchant account or give Bryng custody of funds. Settlement, provider fees, limits and chargebacks are governed by the business’s agreement with Flitt.

Checkout and payment results

Review the seller, items, amount, currency and any delivery details before paying. Carts contain products from one business. Payment details are entered through Flitt; the payment is processed using that seller’s merchant account and the provider’s applicable terms.

An email-only checkout creates a customer record and saves the attempt, even if payment fails or you have never signed in. Initializing checkout is not proof of payment. Closing the window does not cancel a payment already submitted. We record the provider-confirmed result; check your Orders before trying again if a result is pending. Joining a business is free and does not itself purchase a product or grant paid access.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Contact the seller about delivery, product access, cancellation or a refund. Include the payment reference, but never send card security codes. You may also contact help@bryng.xyz about platform issues or suspected fraud.

Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of a seller’s policy. Nothing here removes a statutory withdrawal, refund or dispute right. Any exception for immediate digital delivery must satisfy applicable legal requirements; accepting these Terms alone does not waive those rights. Refund timing also depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Content and platform use

You retain ownership of content you upload. You give Company permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide Bryng, including displaying content you choose to make public. You must have the rights to share that content and must not upload confidential information you are not entitled to disclose.

Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security, manipulate payments or reviews, or use Bryng for unlawful or deceptive activity. We may restrict content or access to address violations, fraud, security threats or legal obligations. Contact help@bryng.xyz to request a review of a restriction.

Availability, account closure and changes

We take reasonable care in operating Bryng, but interruptions and third-party payment delays can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a seller’s independent performance or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can request account closure through User settings or contact support. Payment, security and legal records may need to be retained after closure as described in the Privacy Policy. Business owners must resolve business ownership before closing their account.

We may update these Terms and the Guidelines. The date below identifies this version; we will present material contractual changes for renewed acceptance before they govern continued use. Changes do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase. Applicable mandatory law and any courts available to you under that law remain unaffected.

Bryng fees for businesses

When you create or operate a business on Bryng, you agree on its behalf to pay the platform fees described here. The standard platform fee is 1% of the full amount of each successful live payment through Bryng, unless a different rate has been agreed for your business. Business Settings → Billing shows your applicable rate. Failed payments, free orders and test payments incur no platform fee.

The platform fee is earned when a payment succeeds and is retained if the seller later refunds that payment, in whole or in part. Payment-provider fees are separate and governed by the business’s agreement with its provider.

Fees are billed monthly in GEL and are payable by bank transfer within 7 days of invoice issuance, using the bank details and reference on the invoice. This agreement does not authorize automatic card charges or deductions from customer payments. Additional paid services require separate confirmation before they are added to your billing. A different business-specific rate must be agreed before it applies; later changes do not recalculate fees for earlier payments.
